Norman Hunter was was the last surviving magician from Maskelyne's shows, appearing in shows at both [[St. George's Hall]] in 1932 and the Little Theatre in 1934.

He contributed a magic column to the Practical Mechanics magazine and wrote the Professor Branestawn books, which became famous on BBC "Children's Hour."[1]
