Peter Salem (1950-1986) was the driving force for many years behind the junior magicians' Silver Wand Club in Toronto, Canada and appeared two seasons at Canada's Wonderland, an amusement park near Toronto.[1]
He wrote a monthly column about magic entitled "Salem's Salaams" for the Hat & Rabbit Club (IBM Ring 17) members and appeared at Abbott's Get-together Close-Up Show.[2]
He committed suicide at the age of 36.
