The Phantom is a card routine first published in Magic of Paul Harris (1976). A chosen card is transported from one packet of cards with an unknown phantom card in another packet. Inspired by Larry Jennings' The Visitor.
It was revised, Harris claims the original was unworkable as printed and rewored it to come up with The Infamous Tap-Dancing Cards in his second book, Paul Harris Reveals Some of His Most Intimate Secrets (1976).
The original Phantom was revised again and included in the compilation Art of Astonishment Vol 1 as "La La's Lu Lu aka The Phantom aka Cue Cards etc. (revised)"
NOTE: "La La's Lu Lu" in Art of Astonishment is not the same routine he named La La's Lu Lu in Paul Harris Reveals Some of His Most Intimate Secrets
