In 1977, Fred Haenchen sold the Haenchen Magic Company his complete stock, together with alll manufacturing rights to the Viking Magic Company which formed a separate Viking-Haenchen Magic Co.
On May 9, 2000, Viking acquired the entire assets of Collector's Workshop becoming "Magic of Viking Magic Co. and Collectors' Workshop".
