- 1987 - Eighty years after Psycho's retirement from the stage, John Gaughan acquired the mechanism and in 1966 restored Psycho to working order. The cabinetry, machinery, face, and hands are original, dating from 1878. It was premiered in Chicago at the Magic Collector's Weekend.
