Frank Hayes (1916-1997), a prominent Hamilton magician, performed as "Akbar".

Biography

In his early years, he performed fire and dove effects and dressed impeccably in tux with East Indian make-up, turban, and cape.

Hayes was a charter member of IBM Ring 49 Hamilton Ontario.

Because of his hearing and speech impairment he learned sign language and was an avid lip reader.[1]
