The Incredible Tap Dancing Aces is a card routine published by Paul Harris in Art of Astonishment, Vol. 3 (1996).
The aces vanish from your hands and appear one at a time back into the deck. Paul comments in the Art of Astonishment that he sometimes follows this with his P.H. Invisible Palm routine as a pseudo-explanation of how he does the trick.
History
First published as La La's Lu Lu in Paul Harris Reveals Some of His Most Intimate Secrets (1976) as a continuation of Daryl Martinez' Twisted Aces.
It was revised in Las Vegas Close Up (1978) as The Incredible Tap Dancing Aces.
Michael Ammar included it in the Paul Harris:The Act issue issue of the Magical Arts Journal, Vol. 2, No. 9-10-11-12, 1989.
The title La La's Lu Lu was reused in Art of Astonishment for his revised version of The Phantom.
Variations
- Persistent Offenders in Set to Stun by Jack Parker (e-book)
- Tap Dancing Finale in Paul Harris Reveals Some of His Most Intimate Secrets makes a few changes in order to make it possible to spread the deck face down to show that, except for the two selections, all of the backs have changed to a different color.
