Charles W. Fricke (1883 - January 28, 1958) was an amateur magician and judge born in Wisconsin. Fricke was a leading authority on criminal law, a gruff, hard-nosed jurist with a secret passion for orchids, magic tricks and chocolate cake.

He contributed to several magazines and was known for making It's a Pip liquid with Carl Fleming in 1937.
