Peek Deck is a type of Mechanical Deck as well as the name of a specific deck from Dr. Franklin V. Taylor marketed in the early 1940s. See add in The Linking Ring, Vol. 22, no. 11, January 1943.
With this deck, a magician can instantly know the card when a spectator merely peeks at it from the pack.
