Walter Stokes Fogg (November 12, 1890 - September 12, 1942), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was an amateur magician, author and advertiser.

His magical enthusiasm dated back to the time when he first saw Kellar. He graduated from Cornell University in 1912 with an M.E. degree.

Fogg wrote dealers ads and ghosted several magic books, including C. H. Hopkin's "Outs", Precautions and Challenges (1940).
