The Rumba Count is a false count with cards that will show all faces of a small packet of cards to be the same while in reality only showing one developed by Jean-Pierre Vallarino. It was published in Gary Ouellet's column "Fulminations" in Genii magazine.

It's similar to the Flustration Count/Back Count.
