New Tops was a periodical published by Neil Foster/Abbott's Magic Co. in Colon Michigan, starting in January 1961 and continued to December 1994. It was a successor to The Tops Magazine. Abbott's printed, bound and mailed both Tops and The New Tops at its own printing plant.
