Edward Beadle was manufacturer of magical apparatus in New York City.
Beadle began as assistant to Robert Heller when he opened his theater in New York City. He would also later become his manager.
He started to manufacture magical apparatus around 1893. He originated the first Coin Ladder that could be worked without the aid of an assistant and made them for Frederick Eugene Powell, Harry Kellar, Adelaide Herrmann and Larry Crane.
His office on 1193 Broadway become a rendezvous for magicians while visiting or playing in New York City.
Beadle was the New York Correspondent for The Sphinx starting in 1909 after his retirement.
