Otto Regling (1907-1994) was an amateur magician that performed as "Chang Chi Tung".[1]
He grew up in Jamaica, New York and in the November 1990 issue ofNew Tops, Walt Hudson mentions in his column an email recieved from Regling (then living in Clearwater, Florida).[2]
