Jean Valton (1911-1992) was the stage name of Jean Levaton, known for his manipulation acts.

Biography

Valton was a teacher of mathematics from home. During his war imprisonment in the years 1939 to 1945 he practiced in magic and gained an enormous skill.[1][2]

He died in January of 1992.[3]

Awards and honors

  • First place Amsterdam International MagicCongress in 1946
  • First place for Manipulation, Paris International Magic Congress in 1947
  • First place in Manipulation at first FISM in 1948.
