Eagle Magic was founded in 1899 by Collins Pentz and is the oldest continuously run magic store in the U. S..

History

Collins Pentz ran the store for 58 years, until he died in 1957. The store was willed to his salesperson, Doris Davis, who had worked there since the 1930’s.

Todd Lidholm purchased it from Doris and ran it for a number of years.

Larry Kahlow began working at the store in 1970 and purchased it from Lidholm in 1976. He has owned it ever since and operated it with help from his wife, Jennifer.
