Out of My Hat was a routine with a rabbit puppet in a hat. Effect: A card is selected, placed in deck and dropped into a felt hat. When you call for your assistant, up comes a bunny you from the hat with the selected card.

Marketed by Charley Sylber (Silber) from the Magic House of Charles in Hollywood, California beginning around 1942.[1]

It was listed as one of the 85 most popular effects in the Genii-Orben Poll, conducted in 1949.
