Rip Off Reverse is a card routine in which torn pieces of signed card transpose with full card that was first published in Magic of Paul Harris (1976).
It was also included in the compilation Art of Astonishment Vol 1.
The technique used for this effect would later show up in Seductive Switch and Buck Naked.
