The Siva Count is a False Count with cards invented by Jack Avis that is similar to the Jordan Count and the Elmsley Count.
Its first description was in Epilogue no. 11, march, 1971, page 82.
Another description can be found in Jerry Mentzer's book Counts, Cuts, Moves & Subtleties (1977), page 48.
