Epoptica:A Review of Current Magic Literature and Apparatus was a Magic Periodical written and published by Jeff Busby from 1982-1989.

It can contained reviews of books and apparatus that were in stock and available for purchase at Jeff Busby Magic. There were also great cartoons by Don Albrecht. Starting with the second issue, a bonus section would include a few magic effects.

Previous to Epoptica, Busby published these reviews informally in loose page newsletters starting in the late 1970s.

The title was derived from the Greek epoptic meaning pertaining to an epopt, one to whom all secrets of a mystery have been revealed.

There were 12 issues plus an Epoptica Yearbook.

It was succeeded by the Thaumaturgist.
