Ford B. Rogers M.D. (fl. 1915-1950) was an amateur magician in Kansas City, Missouri who originated a number of the effects with cards, billiard balls and thimbles.
Biography
He was a friend of A. M. Wilson for over thirty years and his "Rogers' Ever Ready Forcing Pack" was published in "Greater Magic (1938). A number of Rogers' effects are presented in Donald Holmes' Serial No. 3 - Tricks With Prepared Cards (1913).
