J. H. Johnson (fl. 1920s) was a police officer in Kansas City, Missouri.
Biography
Johnson wrote The Open Book in 1927 to educate the public about all the different ways they can be cheated in gambling games. The book covers many different areas including carnival games, marked cards, loaded dice, strippers, and shiners.
