Peggy Austini (fl. 1940s) performed magic overseas during World War II with the USO.

Listed as "Margaret J. Austin" in the 1946 Society of American Magicians Official List of Assemblies and Members, she originally performed with her husband George Austini in the 1930s.

After her husband passed on in 1942, she achieved success as a solo performer.

She joined the Magigals in 1943 and also became a member of the SAM Golden Gate Assembly No. 2 of San Francisco.[1]

With the USO, Peggy performed in England, Scotland, Wales, France and South America.[2] After returning from traveling with the USO in 1946, she married and settled down in New Jersey.[3]

In the June 1952 issue of Genii, "Peggy Austini (Mrs. Leighton Roberts)" was listed on the sick list and in a hospital at Mesa, Arizona.[4] In 1957, Mariano Palhinha in her column "MAGIC IN CALIFORNIA" lists a visit from "Peggy Roberts Austini" of Mesa, Arizona
