New Phoenix was a continuation of the Phoenix when Jay Marshall took over the publication. It ran from No. 301, February 1954 to No. 400, December 1965 for a total of 98 issues.
It never accepted advertising. In 1956, Jay Marshall was busy working in England, so issues 326 and 327 were edited by Roy Benson and illustrated by his wife Connye.[1]
