Magical Experiments or Science in Play is the English translation of a French book written in 1890. It is a collection of experiments with everyday household items. Many have a 'magical' twist to them, in the sense that the physical mechanisms behind them were mostly unknown at the time.

It was translated to English by Camden Curwen and Robert Waters.
