Hirata Master Move
From Magicpedia, the free online encyclopedia for magicians by magicians.
The Hirata Master Move is a coin-through-table move in which a coin, held in full view at the magician's fingertips, and about a foot above the table, is brought sharply down to the table-top, where it vanishes upon contact. The coin is then brought out from under the table. Created by Japanese magician, Haruhito Hirata, the move was first published as the final penetration in The Silver Passage (1980), a coin-through-table routine by Gary Ouellet.
