Spirit Theater is a book by Eugene Burger on the performance of seance and spirit style magic. It was the first book on the subject in the field of magic and has been a continuous best-seller since its original publication by Kaufman and Greenberg in 1985.

Edited, designed, and illustrated by Richard Kaufman, it was Kaufman's first published book written by someone else. The book had been in limbo with Magic, Inc., the intended publisher, for many years before it was eventually brought out by Kaufman and Greenberg.

The first edition came with a "record" (actually an Eva-Tone Sound Sheet) in a pocket located inside the front cover. This contained the patter for two of Eugene's performances: "The Dollhouse of Millie Riggs," and "The Fox Sisters."
